Centre Stars is a friendly, welcoming stage school for children in Amersham and Croxley Green, offering exciting classes in dance, drama and singing. We also run ballet, tap and street dance classes in Chalfont St Giles, giving children of all ages the chance to learn new skills, stay active and have fun. Our students – whom we proudly call our “Stars” – grow in confidence every week as they discover the joy of performing arts.

Our professional teachers bring experience from well-renowned stage schools and the performing arts industry. They are passionate about inspiring children to shine on stage, whether your child is just starting out or already loves to perform. Every lesson is designed to nurture confidence, creativity and technique in a supportive environment.

At the end of each term, we host a special performance where family and friends can celebrate the progress of our Stars. These shows are the highlight of the term – a chance for children to showcase their singing, dancing and acting skills in front of a lively, cheering audience. We also have our annual show at the prestigious Watersmeet Theatre.

Centre Stars was founded by Melissa Oden, who has eighteen years of experience in stage school teaching and a degree in Performing Arts from East15 Acting School. She has performed at prestigious venues such as the London Palladium, Queen's Theatre, Disneyland Paris, The Oval Theatre, and the 2012 Olympics.
